WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

As a Client Success Manager, you will partner with customers, Salesforce team members, and the Prolocity team to position highly scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of our services. In collaboration with both the sales and delivery team, you will drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers. As a trusted customer advocate, the Account Manager will help organizations understand best practices and how to migrate existing workloads to Salesforce. You will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of Prolocity within small-to-medium-sized customers. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to this role. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges. 

WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY 

  • Managing Prolocity’s small-to-medium-sized customers
  • Primary responsibilities managing these accounts include:
    • Anticipate customer needs
    • Maintaining high customer satisfaction
    • Driving new revenue opportunities within the account
  • Active management of your sales pipeline
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Present to C-level executives the value of our full suite of offerings
  • Proposal Management
  • Champion the Prolocity vision through solution planning, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives
  • Build relationships and co-sell with Account Executives at Salesforce
  • Execute account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3+ years of technology sales and account management experience 
  • Track record of achieving quota in past positions 
  • Experience managing and closing new business with existing customers. 
  • Experience co-selling with a strategic partner (Salesforce) 
  • Bachelor or University Degree or equivalent experience 
  • Must be able to problem-solve, execute independently, and manage deadlines appropriately 
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency in [list tools in this area (ex. Salesforce, LucidChart, WordPress)] is a plus
  • Prefer Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and the ability to provide strong customer references
