Prolocity is looking to expand our consulting practice.  We are seeking people with a wide array of experience.  Whether you are an experienced Salesforce professional or early on in your Salesforce career, we have a place for you.  

The Salesforce Consultant reviews, analyze, and evaluates business requirements and user needs.  This individual works with Project Managers, Technical Architects & Management to design and implement solutions that align with client’s requirements and future objectives.  They rely on instructions from assigned project teams and pre-established guidelines in order to perform the functions of the job.  Salesforce Consultants should effectively combine both technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently.  The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and the desire to learn new things.

We have developed an elite program designed to help people early in their Salesforce careers.  Employees who participate in this program will be provided with guidance and support to expand their Salesforce knowledge as well as consulting expertise.  Additionally, they will be paired with seasoned professionals to help guide them along the way.  The successful candidate will complete the program and ultimately deliver projects in-scope, on-time and within budget all while exceeding client expectations.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required
  • 1-2 years of business analysis experience required
  • Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
  • Motivated individual with strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills.  Logical process-oriented thinker with a natural curiosity about technology supporting business processes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Drive and desire to grow both functional and technical skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills


  • Obtain Salesforce certifications through guided learning paths.
  • Work with clients to identify and document business objectives by participating and/or facilitating discovery workshops.
  • Develop business process flows, user stories and supporting process design documentation that clearly articulate the client’s needs.
  • Design, configure and deploy Salesforce according to client specifications and project scope while minimizing the need for custom development.
  • Participate in client presentations and prototype demos while soliciting and analyzing feedback to ensure project success.
  • Develop test cases and lead clients through the UAT process.
  • Work with clients to develop data migration strategies.
  • Perform data migration.
  • Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions.
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with dedicated teams that include project managers, senior consultants, and technical architects.
