Prolocity is looking to expand our consulting practice.  We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to add to our team.  This individual works together with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Architects & Management to design and implement systems that align with the client’s requirements and future objectives.  He/she has knowledge of business best practices, technologies, and process improvements in order to enable the client in their overall success.  The ideal candidate should effectively combine both technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on CRM/enterprise software consulting & implementation experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience required
  • Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
  • Motivated individual with strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills.  Logical process-oriented thinker with a natural curiosity about technology supporting business processes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Drive and desire to grow both functional and technical skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage implementation projects by developing project schedules, deliverables, coordinate internal project team members, identify risk items and formulate mitigation activities all while communicating project status to clients in a clear and effective manner.
  • Serve as the day to day liaison between clients and internal Prolocity team members.
  • Work with clients to identify and document business objectives by participating and/or facilitating discovery workshops.
  • Develop business process flows, user stories and supporting process design documentation that clearly articulate the client’s needs.
  • Design, configure and deploy Salesforce according to client specifications and project scope while minimizing the need for custom development.
  • Lead/participate in client presentations and prototype demos while soliciting and analyzing feedback to ensure project success.
  • Develop test cases and lead clients through the UAT process.
  • Work with clients to develop data migration strategies.
  • Perform data migration.
  • Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions.
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with dedicated teams that include project managers, senior consultants, and technical architects.
