As a Salesforce admin, Terry has helped companies by automating business processes to improve efficiencies and leverage best practices to get the most out of the platform while minimizing technical debt. Having worked in sales, he has a deep understanding of sales processes and operations. For the last 4 years, Terry has been working for a nonprofit where we implemented a marketing automation solution (Pardot) and launched several new online giving initiatives; these efforts led to a significant increase in both revenue and constituent engagement.
Terry meets a problem with excitement, especially when he hears that something “can’t be done.” Terry has a simple mantra, “I believe that where there’s a will there’s a way, and I love the feeling of finding an elusive solution to a challenging problem.”
Terry has been working towards being a self-taught harmonica player! You can also find him in the great outdoors, fishing. (Though at times it feels like he’s only baiting hooks and standing patiently next to a body of water while fish ignore him.)
