Our Commitment to Giving
Since Prolocity's founding in 2010, Prolocity Gives has played an integral part in shaping our company's culture. At Prolocity, we are dedicated to positively impacting the communities we serve. Through the strong commitments we have made through Pledge 1%, we support nonprofit organizations each year by volunteering 1% of our employee time, 1% of our professional services, and by donating 1% of our profits.
We have volunteered and financially supported many local nonprofit organizations in our region including CityLink, Talbert House, Brighton Center, Master Provisions, United Way, UpSpring, and Council on Child Abuse to name a few. By the way...Prolocity Gives cultural dynamic also happens to make us much better at executing the work we do for our clients on a daily basis.
Our Team In Action

WHAT GIVING BACK MEANS TO OUR TEAM MEMBERS
"Volunteering in our community gives me a sense of belonging and connectedness to others that I may not normally be exposed to. It keeps me grounded in the fact that the human experience is so fragile. A simple act of kindness can have an impact for a lifetime. We lift up our community, our region, and the world by giving our time, love, and care to those who just need some help. To give is to cherish and respect the human experience at the most basic level for all walks of life."
- Jill Kohrs, Prolocity Director of People-First and Culture
"Supporting the community that has always supported me is incredibly important to me. Connecting with people has given me an enriched perspective of the community in which I live and work. Nonprofit organizations in our backyard and across the country are working tirelessly to make our world a better place. It means the world to me to have the chance to play a small role in their missions."
- Brian Meimann, Prolocity Nonprofit Account Executive
"Giving back provides an opportunity to transfer what has been given to me on to others. The community around me, family, friends, colleagues, teachers, etc have been instrumental in providing me opportunities in terms of knowledge both for my career and everyday living. There are many who haven’t been able to have access to these types of opportunities. So it’s a pleasure to be able be able to serve as a mentor and to pass on what I know and experienced to help others."
- Ryan Rucker, Prolocity Sr Project Manager
