For the sixth consecutive year, the Cincinnati Business Courier has named Prolocity a finalist in the Best Place to Work awards. During the summer, Quantum Workplace, an independent third party, diligently collected and analyzed anonymous survey responses from various organizations in Greater Cincinnati to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement. The finalist companies are rated highest in one of five size categories: (10-24 employees, 25-49 employees, 50-99 employees, 100-199 employees, and 200 or more employees).
2022 was not only a year of business growth but also a year in which our team expanded further across the country. We've added many new faces to the team – from Boise, Idaho; Denver, Colorado; Boston, Massachusetts; Raleigh, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Long Island, New York; and multiple new hires right here in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region.
Our team is enjoying some new benefits that came in 2022 as well! We introduced the Bonusly program to our team members, and it was met with excitement and high engagement. The Bonusly program allows team members from across the organization to give small bonuses to their peers in real-time and redeem points for rewards from an extensive digital catalog. Bonusly is even integrated with Slack, making recognition and reward processes seamless and efficient. As a company, we also prioritize the health and well-being of our team members. In 2022, our new health insurance provider introduced a unique offering: the Nurse Navigator Program, which assists in finding appropriate care and reducing costs. Additionally, we have expanded our parental leave program to be more inclusive and have increased the maternity leave compensation package.
It is an honor to know that for the sixth consecutive year, our team has shared praise for team effectiveness, work recognition, and company benefits. This recognition motivates us to further enhance our offerings and maintain a united spirit among our team members, ensuring excellence for the years ahead.
