Prolocity Welcomes Erika McNichol!

At Prolocity, everything we do starts with one goal: helping mission-driven organizations do more for the communities they serve.

That’s why we’re excited to welcome Erika McNichol to the team as our Sales Director and Nonprofit Advisor.

Erika joins us in a fractional leadership capacity, bringing deep experience and a practical, hands-on approach to helping nonprofits move forward with clarity and confidence. With nearly a decade of experience in the nonprofit Salesforce ecosystem, she brings a strong blend of strategic sales leadership, nonprofit technology expertise, and change management experience to the Prolocity team.

Experience That Matters

Erika brings extensive experience across the nonprofit Salesforce ecosystem, with leadership roles at KELL Partners, Fíonta, and Galvin Technologies. She is also the Founder and Principal of 878 Advisors, where she partners with mission-driven organizations to align strategy, technology, and outcomes.

In addition to her nonprofit tech and sales leadership background, Erika is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and PMP-certified professional, bringing an additional layer of organizational change and adoption expertise to complex nonprofit initiatives.

Across every role, her focus has remained the same: helping organizations make smart decisions, move forward with confidence, and ultimately increase their impact.

Building on the Work Already Underway

At Prolocity, we’re already focused on helping nonprofits navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and connect technology to real outcomes.

We connect the dots from technology to outcomes, because tools alone don’t drive impact, clarity does. Erika helps us take that further.

With her experience, we’re able to:

  • Engage nonprofits earlier and more thoughtfully in their journey
  • Simplify complex decisions and create clearer paths forward
  • Strengthen how we connect technology investments to real-world impact
  • Bring additional expertise around organizational readiness and change management

This builds on the approach we’ve already established, helping us do it more consistently and at greater scale.

Continuing to Raise the Bar

Bringing Erika onto the team allows us to continue elevating how we support nonprofits.

It means:

  • Stronger guidance earlier in the journey
  • More intentional conversations around what success looks like
  • A clearer connection between technology and real-world outcomes

Most importantly, it helps us better support the organizations doing critical work every day.

Looking Ahead

We’re excited to have Erika on the team and for the perspective and experience she brings.

As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: helping mission-driven organizations operate more effectively, reach more people, and drive greater impact.

Because when they succeed, communities are stronger.
