Part 1: Arrival & Welcome

Our team gathered in Nashville later in the day, greeted by warm smiles and an uplifting welcome from our President and CEO, John McKenzie. While the evening was just beginning, the real excitement was about the week ahead. With energy and anticipation, everyone was ready to dive into meaningful time together—blending fun, collaboration, and inspiration to make the most of our days in Music City.

Part 2: Camp Prolocity

What better way to bond than with a little friendly adventure? From hiking scenic trails to testing balance on paddleboards and fishing by the water, Camp Prolocity brought out everyone’s playful side. These shared experiences reminded us that laughter and teamwork go hand-in-hand.

Part 3: Downtown Nashville

After the fresh air and outdoor fun, we headed into the heart of Music City. A highlight of the day was visiting the Country Music Hall of Fame, where we immersed ourselves in the creativity that defines Nashville. Our team even got a taste of the city’s spirit by trying our hand at songwriting, a truly unique experience that blended collaboration, humor, and inspiration. Exploring downtown together gave us even more stories (and melodies!) to carry back home.

Part 4: Working Sessions

Amid all the fun, we also carved out time for thoughtful working sessions. These moments of focus gave us space to share ideas, align on priorities, and set the stage for what’s ahead.
